*Comments:
I am not positive about what "4+7" means, but if I where to take a guess the "4" most likely refers to NEWS.

The number 7 seems to be a reoccuring theme in these album series (NEVERLAND, EPCOTIA, WORLDISTA).
For example "7 hopes" is probably a reference to NEVERLAND "seven wonders" which are (SOUND, with the LOVE, MAGIC, RAY, FIRE, WATER, DANCE)
"7 planets" is probably a reference to EPCOTIA "seven planets" which are (Venus Uranus Saturn Jupiter... Mercury Neptune and Mars).
The days of the week refer to "weeeek" and the colors to "SEVEN COLORS."
Not sure what the "7 hints" refer to but you could force it to link with WORLDISTA (Imagine, Love, Peace, Smile, Dream, People, Future).

Most of these song were a way of NEWS giving hope and happiness to their fans so perhaps the 7 is just that - the fans.

In conclusion, it seems the album STORY has a bunch of easter eggs to past lyrics and song titles so happy listening!!
